For many home buyers and sellers, the Real Estate transaction process can sometimes feel daunting and confusing all at the same time.   Many of the issues that do turn up are not unusual and can be solved with an experienced REALTOR® at your side.

Eric Schuster brings a considerable amount of expertise in anticipating these issues or overcoming problems that may unexpectedly appear during the home selling and buying experience, which leads to a smooth transition and a successful purchase.

Eric Schuster is the co-founder of the CNY SERVICE Home Team at Keller Williams Realty in Syracuse, NY. He has over 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry as a full-time REALTOR, and an additional 20 years of experience in business services, business management and sales & marketing in the Event industry.

At the core of Eric’s business philosophy has always been a customer-first approach which focuses on the overall client experience from the beginning to the end. The keys to his success have been his strong negotiating skills, knowledge of the real estate market, the ability to listen to his clients and to provide problem-solving consultation with a solution focus. Add to that his traits of honesty, patience and prompt follow up and follow through has ensured his clients have become “Clients for Life”.

As a US Army Veteran, Eric is involved with Veterans causes and is a member of several Veteran and US Army organizations. Eric created the CNY SERVICE Home Team with his business partner, Sarah Barrows, to have a part of his real estate business that affirms his passion to provide Veterans the necessary tools to purchase a home using a Veterans Administration benefit, the VA Home Loan. Far too many Veterans are either unaware of or are steered away from using this benefit due to misinformation. Eric and his team have made it their purpose to educate Veterans about the incredible advantages this loan provides for them and their families.

Eric lives in Manlius, NY with his wife, Janet and their Toy Fox Terrier, Joey.
