As a veteran, Eric has taken advantage of the VA-Guaranteed Home Loan program to purchase a couple homes over the years.  With this experience and knowledge Eric can help guide you through the process.

Seven Simple Steps to a VA-Guaranteed Home Loan

1)      Apply for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) - 3 Ways to Apply:

2)      Select a Lender, present them with your COE and complete a loan application to get pre-approved.

3)      Decide on a house you want to buy and sign a purchase agreement conditioned on approval of your VA Home Loan.

4)      The Lender will have the property appraised to develop an opinion of value.

5)       Within seven (7) days of signing your purchase agreement you have the option to hire an ASHI certified Home Inspector to determine the condition of the property and expose any major defects.

6)      Attend the Closing.

7)      The Lender applies to the VA for evidence of guaranty.
